Four Bedroom Colonial

We brought this 4 bedroom colonial back to life!

We redesigned the primary bedroom to make better use of the space. Tearing out a wall allowed us to change the ensuite bathroom to incorporate a walk-in shower and add a soaking tub.

The eat-in kitchen needed a better flow. So, we moved a doorway, redesigned the layout, and added a peninsula. Awesome Thermador appliances made it ready for someone’s Inner Chef.

We turned a small room on the first floor into an office with some great storage space.

Why have a door where a window should be? We replaced a door in the family room with a window to make it, well, a family room instead of a entryway. Better use of the space!

The laundry room was spatially uninspiring. Blah. So, we turned a “door to nowhere” into a window and reconfigured the layout. Viola! A usable nicely tiled laundry area.

New hardwood throughout the first floor pulled everything together.
